Blank by Manahil Zafar

A blank canvas. Square, unwavering, strong. Completely filled with white emptiness, it seems to represent the emptiness of life. It makes one wonder what life is without happiness? Without love? Without adventure? Maybe we are all just empty vessels, trudging through life without any color. Maybe we need to reach a certain level of happiness to see the gorgeous hues of life. Maybe the canvas tries to tell us that we are too narrow-minded to ever fully appreciate the whirlwind of life all around us… Therefore, we see the world in black and white.

Or maybe it really is just a blank canvas. But what do I know?
